Once your order is confirmed, an email will be sent to the email address provided by you to acknowledge your order.

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel your order once it has been confirmed. But if there is any item(s) you would like to change, you may send us an email at cs@privateshop.com.hk and we will see what we could do for you.

You may refer to the provided size guide. Or you can book a free fitting service at our physical stores.
