You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to exchange your purchase. Please ensure all the exchanged items are in good condition with the original tag and protective liners still attached on the product. For items such as underwear and adhesive products, the packaging must be unopened and intact. Items that have been worn, altered, opened or washed will not be accepted for an exchange.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

You can ask for an exchange by sending a request to cs@privateshop.com.hk. In the email you will need to provide a photo of the product you would like to exchange and the reason for the request. Our customer service will contact you and give you a reply within 3-5 business day.
